James Ross has painstakingly put together a course that distils his knowledge from 14 years of coaching, 11 years of kettlebell training, and 10 years at university, 5 of which were spent researching the swing and snatch. James has been fortunate enough to perform research into some of the world’s best kettlebell lifters as well as some of Australia’s best. He has achieved the rank of Master of Sport within a number different events in kettlebell sport.
